DOA Policy

Our DOA policy is simple, within the first two hour after you received the package and for some reason the coral does not arrive alive, please follow these steps or your guarantee will be void.
1. You must notify us within 2 hours of the coral arrivals.
2. You must send us a clear picture without a blue light or blue LED behind them, this way we can see clearly on the corals.
3. You must take the coral out from the container, and put them behind a paper towel or a clear white background and take a good 2-3 clear pictures to be send to us.
4. You will be getting a store credit minus 15% for the processing fee towards your next purchase, if we have the same corals in stock, then we will send the replacement towards your next purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process the DOA Guarantee.
NO refunds or returns on live purchases, and purchases with credit do not count towards shipping cost, customer is responsible of shipping fees replacement. Please don't send any livestock back, we do not take any livestock back to our facility.
